Xiangtan Electric Locomotive Factory Co., Ltd, founded in Xiangtan city, Hunan
province as a supplier of machinery, industrial parts and service, has evolved to
become a well known manufacturer under the trademark SHAOLI of machinery
and service for tunneling, mining and related industries.
We are now one of the top manufacturers of narrow gauge electric locomotives
in China. Since establishment of the factory, we have sold more than thirty
thousand sets of electric locomotive home and abroad. Furthermore, we are the
only company in this field which own department to produce the matching
electric motors, batteries and electric control system.
With more than 20 years in manufacturing locomotive, Xiangtan Electric Locomotive Factory Co., Ltd now is playing a role of global supplier of 1.5T to 30T locomotive, rail haulage equipment, mining, tunneling and construction sectors.
About 20 percent of locomotives and related equipments have been exported to
Asia, Europe, Latin -America, Africa and etc. We can offer quick and perfect maintenance service.

All of our mining locomotives for subterranean mines have MA certifications
(safety certification for mining products). In the meanwhile, we were certified by

We have the proprietary technology for IGBT stepless speed regulating system,
pure hydraulic drive system, AC variable frequency converter and other leading
technology. Locomotives are designed to accommodate customer requirements
for tunneling, mining and other operations.
